Press Ring Conversion & Service

presses or if preferred, we can supply and fit new shouldered
rings to your existing press.
We offer a choice of rings, which are supplied direct from
leading manufacturers.
Shouldered rings have many advantages over cast rings in most
applications which include a superior seedbed and they create
less draft.

Disc Hydraulic Bumber Spring Conversion Kits
If you or your operators are tired with having to adjust the bumber
springs on your Simba discs, especially when travelling between
fields when operating with a heavy press, why not fit hydraulic
bumber springs?
This simple modification allows the operator to adjust the length
of the springs from the tractor seat. This saves time and money.
All too often operators leave the springs set in a position that
is right for transport and bad for field applications, which
usually results in poor soil/straw mix and premature wear on
the front disc blades. A set of discs that are not set correctly
will result in poor seedbeds, which in turn leads to bad germination.

Sub-Soiler & Pan Buster Rear Packer Conversions
We can supply
and fit shouldered ring packer conversions for most makes of
sub-soilers. When fitted in place of the standard "drum"
type packers, a clod free and firm finish to the surface of
the seed bed is gained. This leaves the field in a superior
state with regards to maintaining moisture, will save time and
money with the formation of seedbeds, and leaves a surface better
suited to heavy rain.
